English name: Gyldenstolpe’s Frog
Scientific name: Limnonectes gyldenstolpei
Thai name: Kiat ta-pad nua

Similar species: Gyldenstolpe’s Frog appears very similar to several closely related species, including the Large-headed Frog (Limnonectus macrognathus).  I am not certain whether all of the above photos represent Gyldenstolpe’s Frog or one of the other species.
